Dentrix G5 Phone System Integration Wins Industry Praise




Broadview Networks launched the OfficeSuite Dentalâ„¢ phone system with Dentrix G5 integration earlier this year. Since then, industry thought leaders have responded, recognizing Broadview for both product innovation and industry leadership.

With the release of the Dentrix Connected program, providers of third-party applications, solutions and services have a program to help them integrate with Dentrix G5. Broadview Networks, which already offered phone systems as part of Henry Schein TechCentral’s portfolio of business technology solutions, quickly got on board with an innovative approach to handling incoming calls.

Broadview recognized that its cloud-based phone solutions could work hand-in-hand with Dentrix at a practice’s front desk to quickly determine how much revenue an incoming call could be worth—even before the call is answered. The resulting integration displays Dentrix patient records and appointment and financial information on the receptionist’s screen based on the incoming phone number and Dentrix database information.

After evaluation and testing, the Dentrix team awarded OfficeSuite Dental the Dentrix G5 Connected logo and it’s now available from Henry Schein TechCentral. See OfficeSuite in action.
