PowerPayLE EMV Upgrade
As a PowerPay customer, you are seamlessly connected to Dentrix. In order to avoid any disruption to your payment processing when you upgrade to PowerPayLE EMV, you will want to ensure you have implemented the latest software. Also, you will need to install the required Ingenico iPP320 card reader(s) for your practice.
We can provide assistance with the installation of the PowerPayLE EMV software and help you with the installation of the Ingenico iPP320 device(s) for your practice.
Purchase Ingenico iPP 320 Pinpad Device for $299 per device, or rent for $24 per device per month.
Purchasing the iPP320 device will require you to switch to the new version of software we have developed for PowerPayLE EMV, which is a free upgrade.
*Important: PowerPayLE EMV does not allow you to continue creating payment consents, and requires you to use the Moneris Gateway to generate reports, and process reports, receipts, voids and refunds. Also, the installation of PowerPayLE EMV will necessitate the removal of your older PowerPay software. Any payment agreement consents stored in the old version of PowerPay will no longer be available for processing and you will need to make alternative payment arrangements with the affected patients.
