Whether a patient needs to reschedule an appointment or you need to lighten your schedule, from time to time you may need to move a scheduled appointment to a new date or time. You can either move an appointment directly to a new date or time or move it temporarily to the Pinboard.
Note: You can move appointments in the Day View and Week View, but not in the Month View.
To move an appointment directly to a new date and time
1. Set the Day View or Week View, depending on whether you are moving the appointment to a different time in the same day or to a different day of the same week.
2. In the Appointment Book, drag the appointment that you want to move to a new date and time.
3. When the Move appointment message appears, click Yes.
