DEXIS® Integrator™ for DENTRIX®
Seamless Integration With DENTRIX Practice Management
DEXIS Integrator™ for DENTRIX brings the seamless integration between DEXIS digital imaging and DENTRIX practice management software to a new level.
Automatically synchronized with the patient record, preview thumbnails of all available radiographic and photographic images are displayed in the ‘Image’ pane  inside the DENTRIX chart. Double-clicking a thumbnail instantly displays a clinically meaningful, full-size image  with no need to leave the charting program. With an image displayed, users can adjust brightness and contrast and apply ClearVu™ to enhance the image.
Viewing and selecting the different types of images is done easily by clicking one of the four DEXIS icons:  intra-oral X-rays, extra-oral (panoramic and cephalometric) X-rays, intra-oral photographic images, and extra-oral photographic images. Status lights below the icons indicate the presence of images for the selected patient.
X-ray image acquisition can be initiated directly from the patient chart by first clicking on a tooth  then the sensor icon  . The DEXIS X-ray capture screen opens in preparation for taking X-rays. Captured images are then added into the patient record.
Click in the image pane background  and QuickLaunch™ will open the DEXIS program, providing access to the full functionality of the feature-rich DEXIS software.
DEXIS and DEXIS Integrator for DENTRIX software is compatible with DENTRIX 11, G2, G3 and DENTRIX Enterprise 3.0 and 3.5 of Henry Schein. DEXIS is independent and not affiliated with or a licensee of DENTRIX.
