Practice Paperless with the New Document Center
The Document Center will help your practice move one step closer to practicing completely paperless. The Document Center allows you to import and store standard image files as you’ve been able to do in past versions, but now you can import and store Adobe Acrobat®, Microsoft Word™, Excel™, and PowerPoint™ files, as well as plain text or rich text files. Dentrix can also import any document from any program that has the ability to print, by selecting “Send to Dentrix Document Center” instead of your regular printer. The new Document Center also allows you to add digital signatures to a document, with the ability to quickly see who has and has not signed any given document. Import and store any patient documents in the Document Center for easy access and a more streamlined workflow.
