From one Web page you can send all or selected patients an email appointment reminder to reduce missed appointments. You can also update patient insurance eligibility status in just minutes with the click of a button. The Appointment Manager is available to practices subscribing to the Communication Manager. Some functionality requires subscriptions to the Insurance and Web Site Managers. Appointment Confirmation View which patients have confirmed the appointment and which need to be contacted. Patient Contact Information View all the contact information provided by your patients to speed-up the reminder process. Appointment Reminders View the type and dates of appointment reminders sent for each patient. Same–Day Reminders Click a button to send an email appointment reminder to the patient(s) of your choice. Eligibility Verification Status View which patients have updated insurance eligibility and the date it was verified.
