Detailed Eligibility Responses Eligibility responses have been updated to be more informative and useful. Patient Eligibility Report Filter Filter eligibility searches by response(s) and/or payor(s).
Expanded Claim Search Options Claims can now be searched by patient name, subscriber name, subscriber ID and payor ID. Rejected Attachments Reporting A list of rejected attachments can be viewed and printed. Images can also be viewed.
Claim Status The claim status has been added as a column in the Claims Manager. Claim History Detail Claim status history can now be viewed from the claims detail page. Rejected Attachments Statistics The number and percentage of rejected attachments can now be viewed.
