Family Check–in
At the conclusion of the form completion process, the intuitive program checks to see if the patient has family members with appointments on the same day. If so, the patient can begin completing forms for the additional family members without starting over each time. This feature allows a parent to complete electronic forms for children much faster than was ever possible with paper forms.
Hardware Options
You have numerous hardware options for implementing a kiosk. The recommended choices are those provided by Henry Schein TechCentral. Desk-top and stand-alone versions are available. Both have touch-screen functionality.
The TechCentral touch–screen units are properly configured for the most trouble–free startup. Call for information regarding the level of TechCentral support in your area.
Other hardware options include: Apple iPad, personal computers, laptops or other touch–screen computers. Hardware not supplied by TechCentral may require configuration by an IT professional to function properly.
