Accepting Patient Payments Just Got Easier

The eSync software update contains necessary files for your Dentrix software to run PowerPay LE. Follow the steps below.

Install .NET 3.5 Framework Service Pack 1.
You will be linked to Microsoft's website to download this application.

Download .NET 3.5
Download eSync Software.
Save the install file on your computer. Note the location of the saved file for steps 3 and 4.

Download eSync Software
Install the eSync Server.
You will be prompted to enter your customer ID. Make sure your ID is entered correctly. Important Note: The eSync server must be installed on the same server as your Dentrix database.
Install the eSync Client.
Install the client on each workstation that is going to use eSync. You will be prompted to enter your customer ID. Make sure your ID is entered correctly.
