Because the Citi Health Card is now integrated with your Dentrix practice management software, it is now easier than ever to increase treatment acceptance and receive payment at time of treatment.
Access the Citi Health Card from the DXWebToolbar in five easy steps.
- While your patient is selected in Dentrix® bring up the DXWeb Toolbar. Then, click on the Patient Financing button on the DXWeb toolbar.
- If your practice is not registered to offer the Citi Health Card then click on the "LEARN MORE" or "ENROLL NOW" button found in the "Learn More and Enroll" box.
- If your office is registered to offer the special Henry Schein, Citi Health Card then enter your merchant ID number, your password and click submit.
- Dentrix will automatically populate the patient application keeping the application process simple and fast.
- After an application is submitted, you will receive a response within minutes.
