IMPORTANT
NOTE: This form should be used ONLY for non-emergency questions.
You can expect a return email from a Dentrix Support representative
within one working day after submission (please see our Customer
Support page for current hours and information). In most cases,
questions submitted via e-mail will be responded to by return
e-mail. If your question is urgent, please call our support
line at 1-800-DENTRIX to speak with a technician immediately,
as our phone support has first priority. As usual, you can expect
a response time of about a minute or so when you call.
BILLING PROCESS: This service is available FREE to customers currently subscribed to Dentrix Software Maintenance. Customers who are not subscribed will be billed on a per-incident basis ($79.95 per incident) when a technician calls in response to your question.
