Troubleshooting
Printing - wont print
- Is
the printer plugged in, on, on-line, and have paper?
- Is
the printer reporting an error (Windows 98/NT/2000/XP)?
- Can
you print from the print server? (The station physically connected
to the printer.)
- Can
you print from other programs such as Word or Notepad?
- If
no - call your system technician or the printers
manufacturer.
- If
yes - call DENTRIX support.
Printing
- prints but incorrectly
-
Is printing the same from all workstations?
-
Are all workstations using the same printer driver? Check from
the Office Manager menu bar File|Printer Setup.
- Are
all printers set up correctly? Go to the Office Manager menu
bar, File|Printer Setup, then select Setup. For the HP LaserJet
printers, we recommend setting the resolution to 600 dpi.

consist of two numbers, such as "4 52")
