Certification Exam:
The certification exam is one of the most important aspects of the certification process. It is extremely important for Henry Schein Practice Solutions to ensure that our trainers are knowledgeable and understand the nuances of the Dentrix software. The test is taken online and consists of six sections. Each section contains 45 questions. You must pass each section with a score of 90% or higher. The test is self-paced, open book and can be taken in multiple sessions. You may take each section separately and are allowed up to three attempts for each section.
Once Certified:
As a Dentrix Certified Trainer (DCT), you are not considered an employee of Henry Schein Practice Solutions; you are an independent contractor. You will receive payment for only those hours that you spend training in an office. The DCT program is a 4-level trainer program. As you increase in level, you will also increase in pay. The criteria to advance from one level to the next consists of the number of hours trained, the length of time as a DCT, and customer feedback.
