Why use a CIE?
In addition to going through a three-day seminar, a CIE will have access to the most up-to-date information regarding DENTRIX software. They will have the knowledge to ensure that your practice is set up properly for all of Dentrix’s products. CIEs are trained to perform simple tests to ensure new installs and setups are working properly so that when they leave all Dentrix products are functional. If CIEs do encounter a problem they will have the most up-to-date information and tools to ensure that the issue gets resolved quickly, resulting in less down-time and less frustration for your office. Dentrix does not add any charges to use a CIE.
