Travel and Cancellation Policies
 Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and you must call (1-800-336-8749 opt. 3, 2) to verify your written cancellation has been received. Please send all cancellation requests to cancel@henryschein.com or fax to 801-847-3650. Note: you may substitute another name in your place at any time. If your written cancellation is received:
- 16 or more calendar days before the date of the seminar, you will not be charged and will not incur any cancellation fee.
- 6 to 15 calendar days before the seminar, you will not be charged for registering, but a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for each canceled registrant.
- 0 to 5 calendar days before the seminar, you will be charged the FULL value ($239) of the seminar for each canceled registrant and will forfeit any applicable discounts. You will receive a certificate to attend a future seminar of your choice and will incur an additional $50 processing fee to receive this certificate. Certificate expires after one year.
- Failing to attend the seminar without prior written communication to the Seminars department will result in a $239 non-refundable cancellation fee for each no-show participant. NO certificate or credit will be given towards future seminars.
 Travel Policy
If your participation requires travel, please consult us before making any travel arrangements; on rare occasions, we may cancel a seminar due to low registration numbers. This decision is made based on the number of registrants 15 calendar days prior to the date of the seminar. In the unlikely event that your seminar is canceled, we will notify you by phone or fax and you will not be billed for the seminar. To be safe, consider booking travel that is refundable or transferable. Henry Schein Practice Solutions does not reimburse for purchased travel tickets and other incurred expenses in the event of a seminar cancellation.
