Yes. Henry Schein Practice Solutions will consider adding new topics about features in new releases.
What computer software and hardware are required to view the on-demand training?
You'll need a computer with a high-speed Internet connection, an Internet browser, and audio speakers. You will also need to install the free Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or greater) and Adobe Reader. You can download both applications at http://www.adobe.com/downloads. For the best viewing experience, please set your display resolution to 1024 x 768.
Can I receive on-demand training on a CD?
Not at this time. DENTRIX on-demand training is only available online.
I'm a DENTRIX customer, but I have not subscribed to a customer service plan. How can I get access to on-demand training?
At this time, the only way to get access is to subscribe to a customer service plan. Your plan will include access to on-demand training and many other valuable resources and services. Please call 1-800-DENTRIX to speak with a sales representative.
I'm not currently employed in a dental office that uses DENTRIX. Can I purchase on-demand training to learn DENTRIX?
Not at this time. DENTRIX on-demand training is available only for DENTRIX customers on a customer service plan. However, on-demand training may become available for you in the future. To add your name to our call-back list, please call 1-800-DENTRIX and speak with a member of the Seminars team.
Can I receive a demo CD of DENTRIX?
No. Henry Schein Practice Solutions does not distribute a DENTRIX demo disc.
How many times can I view the on-demand training resources?
As many times as you want. DENTRIX on-demand training is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can view it at work or from the convenience of your home.
How long can I continue to use the on-demand training?
As long as you are on an active customer service plan, you can continue using the on-demand training.
How do I log in to the on-demand training?
Please visit www.dentrix.com/training/on-demand/. Type your customer ID and zip code in the login fields. Click the Login button.
I can't log in to the on-demand training. What should I do?
Please call Customer Support at 1-800-DENTRIX.

- Make sure your computer meets the viewing requirements. You need a computer with a high-speed Internet connection, an Internet browser, and audio speakers. You also need to install the free Adobe Flash Player and the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Both applications are available at http://www.adobe.com/downloads. If you need help preparing your computer, we recommend that you contact a DENTRIX Certified Integration Engineer (CIE). You can locate a CIE at http://www.dentrix.com/training/cie_find.asp.
- If your Internet browser displays a "page cannot be displayed" message when you try to open a tutorial, please call Customer Support at 1-800-DENTRIX and inform us about the problem. We'll check our servers to make sure they're functioning correctly.
Can I receive continuing education (CE) credit or a certificate of completion?
Not at this time. Henry Schein Practice Solutions does not keep a record of the tutorials you complete.
Can I view an on-demand training transcript for the staff in my dental office?
Not at this time. Henry Schein Practice Solutions does not keep a record of the tutorials your staff members complete.
