Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation notices may be emailed to cancel@henryschein.com or faxed to 801-847-3650. We will send you an email confirmation to let you know that we have received your cancellation. If you do not receive a response from us within 24 hours (or 1 business day) please call us at 1-800-Dentrix to verify that we have received your cancellation notice.
There is no cancellation fee if your written notice is received 16 or more calendar days before the start of the seminar. If you cancel 15 or fewer calendar days before the seminar, there is a non-refundable cancellation fee of $389 (or $239 for the Clinical Advantage seminar) for each cancelled registrant. You will receive a certificate equal to the value of the cancellation fee which may be applied to tuition for another seminar of equal or lesser value. (Certificates expire after one year.) No-show participants will be charged the cancellation fee but no certificate will be issued. Note: you may substitute another person in your place at no charge.
Travel Policy
If your participation requires travel, please consult us before making any travel arrangements. On rare occasions, we may cancel a seminar due to low registration numbers. This decision is made based on the number of registrants 15 calendar days prior to the date of the seminar. In the unlikely event that your seminar is canceled, we will notify you by phone or email and you will not be billed for the seminar. To be safe, consider booking travel that is refundable or transferable. Henry Schein Practice Solutions does not reimburse for purchased travel tickets and other incurred expenses in the event of a seminar cancellation.
