Dentrix Pay is the only authorized payment card solution for Dentrix that offers robust features such as voids and refunds and has been tested by Henry Schein One to work with every software update. Because it’s integrated into your normal workflow within Dentrix, payments are managed automatically, including being posted directly to your Dentrix Ledger.
With Dentrix Pay, all credit and debit, EMV (chip), magnetic stripe and smartphone contactless payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Not only do patients expect this flexibility from your practice, it helps you get paid at the time of the service.
All cards, including HSA and FSA, can be saved on file to simplify and speed up payment acceptance for phoned-in payments. Card data is tokenized and stored by Worldpay from FIS (not in Dentrix) in accordance with PCI data security standards, saving time and eliminating the need to key in card information.
Through integration with the Dentrix Payment Agreement Manager, Dentrix Pay allows you to secure future payments before patients leave the office so you can set up plans that process payments automatically, based upon agreed-upon payment schedules. It also eliminates the hassle of collecting outstanding balances after patients have left the office, helping you collect faster and have smaller A/R balances.
