Full refunds are given for cancellations received 17 or more days before the workshop. 50% refund given if you cancel with less than 17 days’ notice. No refunds for no-shows. No refunds or certificates for no-shows. There is no charge to substitute another person in your place.
Submit cancelations and refund requests in writing to email@example.com or fax them to 801.847.3650. We will email you a confirmation within one business day to let you know we have received it. If you do not receive a response from us within that time, please call the seminar department at 866.367.2711 to verify that we have received your cancellation notice.
If your participation in a workshop requires travel, please check with us before making any nonrefundable travel arrangements to be sure that the workshop is confirmed. On occasion we may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to low registration or other factors. Workshops are confirmed 17 days prior to the start of the class. If you wish to book travel before that time, we recommend that it be refundable or transferrable. In the event that your workshop is cancelled or rescheduled, we will notify you by phone or email. Henry Schein Practice Solutions does not reimburse for travel or other expenses when workshops are cancelled or rescheduled.
