Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, you have three options. For all options, you must contact us before the day of the workshop.

Full Refund

To receive a full refund, you must cancel your registration four or more days before the day of the workshop. Send an email to seminars@henryschein.com. Tell us you want to cancel and include your name, the email address you used to register, and the name, date, and time of the workshop you registered to attend. We’ll send you an email confirming that we processed the cancellation and refund.

Reschedule

If you cancel three or fewer days before the day of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but you can reschedule for another workshop. Send an email to seminars@henryschein.com. Tell us you want to reschedule and include your name, the email address you used to register, and the name, date, and time of the workshop you want to attend. We’ll send you an email confirming that we rescheduled the registration.

Send Another Person

If you cancel three or fewer days before the day of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but you can send another person in your place. Send an email to seminars@henryschein.com and tell us you are sending another person in your place. Include your name, the email address you used to register, and the name, date, and time of the workshop. Also tell us the name and email address of the person who will be attending in your place. We’ll send you and the other person an email confirming that we updated the registration.
