Family Records that Make Sense
Dentrix helps you keep exhaustive patient records without exhausting your staff. Patient demographic information, medical alerts, employer information, insurance information, and account balances are displayed in one easy-to-read screen. All family members are displayed with individual patient status and family position. You can edit family relationships, change the head–of–household, automatically separate family members into new accounts, assign non–family patients to a single guarantor, and send billing statements to one address and recall notices or correspondence to another.
KEEPING IT SIMPLE
To make things easier, you don't have to sift through menus to change anything. New address? Change in employer? New medical alert? Just click on that area of the patient record screen, and change it! And when you're elsewhere in the program, you'll use the same handy toolbar button to look up a patient at any time.
PUT A FACE TO THE NAME.
Put a face to the name. Can't remember everyone? Dentrix lets you store a picture with every patient. What's more, you can see that picture from the patient's file, the appointment book, or the clinical chart—wherever you happen to be.
