ALL IN ONE PLACE.
Everything clinically associated with a patient displays on the bottom half of the patient's chart, including conditions, completed procedures, treatment plan procedures, automatic entries for exams, Just like Paper Records, Only Easier and all kinds of clinical notes. A handy checkbox menu lets you select which types of entries you're viewing, and you can easily print a patient's progress notes for records, filtered by the same criteria!

SAVES TIME, TOO. The notes are easy to enter. One click lets the doctor or assistant enter a freeform note. And you can create custom notes that are automatically entered when a particular procedure is performed (such as the note on the perio scale and root planing entered on the screen below). The provider can then add notes as needed, and even sign the note.
SEE WHAT YOU WANT.
Besides the checkbox menu that lets you see only certain types of entries, you can view the notes (and the chart) as of any date in the past. And you can easily adjust the Progress Notes log to show you a particular tooth history. Progress Notes can also be viewed full-screen for easier reference.
