Katie C. Poulsen’s 22-year dental journey embodies clinical expertise, leadership, communication advocacy, tech marketing, writing, and podcasting. Raised in a dental family, Katie’s 14-year dental hygienist role is complemented by a Master’s in Professional Communication. Transitioning to tech, she has excelled in Dental Tech as a customer and product marketer for companies like Dental Intelligence and VideaHealth, and she now serves as a product marketer at Henry Schein One, shaping strategies that drive innovation across dental practice management solutions.

Kara Bean is a Solutions Consultant Engineer at Henry Schein One. Her career in dentistry began over 28 years ago when she started as a dental assistant. Quickly, she transitioned into an administrative role. Working in a dental practice provided her with the foundation for her journey in the dental industry. In 2005, she became a certified software trainer and practice management consultant before joining the team at Henry Schein One in 2021. Today, she specializes in revenue cycle management processes, collaborating with the Henry Schein One teams and dental organizations to streamline operations and enhance financial performance.

Jeffrey McClure is a dedicated professional with an impressive24-year tenure at Henry Schein One. Jeffrey played a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring successful implementation of AI software. Throughout his career, Jeffrey has gained extensive industry experience in assisting community health centers, hospitals and both large and small dental organizations. His expertise lies in facilitating the purchase, training, and implementation of Dentrix practice management software, enabling these organizations to streamline their operations and enhance patient care. 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jeffrey finds joy in coaching his twin’s volleyball team and engaging various holiday projects. Additionally, he has a passion for culinary exploration, constantly experimenting with new recipes for smoking meat. Jeffrey’s commitment to excellence and diverse interests make him a valuable asset in both his professional and personal pursuits. 

Lindsay Abrams has been a dedicated professional in the dental industry for over 20 years. She began her career working clinically as an Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary and later for Henry Schein One as a software trainer. In her current role as the Solutions Consultant Team Lead, she serves as a subject matter expert for the company’s patient experience platforms, partnering with dental practices to optimize operations and drive meaningful business outcomes. In addition, Lindsay serves on the advisory board at her local career center, where she speaks to dental assisting students to support and mentor the next generation of dental professionals.
