Patients Now Get Text Confirmation Replies

Dentrix Communication Manager now communicates better. When patients confirm their appointments via text message, they’ll receive a response that reads, “Thank you. Your appointment has been confirmed.” This response eliminates any question patients may have about whether or not the confirmation was received by the dental office.

We’ve added this feature in response to many requests after the most recent software release that introduced text-message appointment confirmation. Practices that have already enabled text-message confirmation do not need to make any additional changes. The new response will be sent automatically. And since unlimited text messages are included with Communication Manager, there is no additional fee for this feature.
