You were directed here to prevent unauthorized third-party access to your Dentrix system.
At Henry Schein One, we are committed to the security, stability, and performance of your critical systems to ensure your long-term practice success. As part of this on-going commitment, we maintain a robust application programming interface (API) exchange to ensure authorized integrations deliver a seamless experience across our platforms.
We regularly monitor for any unauthorized integrations of third-party software that may compromise the stability and security of our customers' systems.
We've recently renewed our efforts to reduce/eliminate unauthorized third-party access to the Dentrix system and its associated data. We will continually take steps to address these security risks and ensure only approved third parties have access to our system.
These security enhancements are designed to protect the data residing in the Dentrix system.
We have detected unauthorized third-party activity connected to your Dentrix system. Typically, this means one of your vendors is seeking to integrate with Dentrix and/or its data outside of approved methods.
Unauthorized integrations can potentially compromise the security of your data and the performance of your system.
Henry Schein One is committed to supporting data privacy and security. The Henry Schein API Exchange provides a secure method for your vendors to engage with your data. Common workflows where vendor integration can occur include patient communications, claims and billing statements, online scheduling, patient forms, etc. Please refer to the Henry Schein One API Exchange to find a list of approved vendors and remove any integrations from vendors not on the list.
If you're working with vendors who are not listed on the Henry Schein One API Exchange, you will need to work with your IT team to remove/uninstall any web extensions, widgets, drivers or any other form of integrations that touch Dentrix. Failure to remove or uninstall these unauthorized connections may result in a disruption in core practice workflows that use integrations.
